Luna Ground is a real estate and development advisory firm located in Texas, providing owner-side representation across the full lifecycle of development — from raw land and entitlements through active construction, delivery, and repositioning.

We serve as the central point of accountability for complex projects, aligning municipalities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure execution remains consistent with ownership vision, budget, and timeline.

Luna Ground does not operate as a broker or contractor.

We represent ownership exclusively — acting as a strategic extension of the owner’s team to guide decisions, manage risk, and maintain continuity across all phases of development.

Our work spans master-planned communities, land development, mid-project takeovers, and commercial renovations, supporting owners who require experienced leadership where complexity demands it.

Liliana Soto brings over 27 years of experience across real estate development, land entitlement, master-planned communities, construction oversight, and commercial project execution.

Her background spans raw land through delivery, including entitlements and zoning coordination, infrastructure and vertical construction oversight, and owner representation across active and transitional projects.

Luna Ground was founded to provide owners with experienced, steady leadership — a single point of accountability from entitlements through execution.
